Michael J. Totten says that the riots at U.S. diplomatic missions last week were not about terrorism or about a silly YouTube video, but a political power play by radical Islamists.
The Salafists have just pulled a similar stunt in Egypt. They are more extreme and therefore less popular than the Muslim Brotherhood government. By ginning up an anti-American mob and forcing President Mohamed Morsi, himself a Brotherhood member, to send riot police after the demonstrators to protect the American Embassy, they were able to make him look like a tool of the West.

We the American should have leave the Arab countries instead of helping them. What get’s me the the most is that actors and actresses are going to the African American countries and help the people who hurt us in our own country.

The money that our government gives out isn’t even theres to give, it’s yours and mine and I do not want to send one cent to countries that hate and kill Americans. They must laugh at our stupidity for giving it to them. What have we gained by giving it? We all know that it never helps or feeds even one family over there, it probably paid for the RPG’s they used!

This was obvious 2 1/2 yrs ago in Tunisia, it was a planned hit by the bankers. See facebook videos where the Illuminati seems to have a large hold on the social network. The ME is rich in gold, silver and industrial and rare metals; that’s why the Russians were there 25 yrs ago. The bankers are destabilizing and topping old regimens due to the fact new leaders are more manipulatable and cheaper to purchase.

Yes, the funding is a huge part because our deficit is so high that first we don’t have the money to give them, and it is wrong to spend tax dollars on countries that are killing Americans.

I agree with this assessment, however, that video served as the catalyst for these atrocities. This was the excuse to wreak mayhem and murder against both Israel and the U.S.. God will prevail!!!

This is a possiblility. I’ve been thinking more that this was a planned attack based on the release of the Blind Sheik and the stupid movie clip used as an excuse to hide the fact that Obama may be in negotiations with Morsi over his impending release. Obama does not want this to be known with an upcoming election. The movie was a mere distraction that went vial. That’s my opinion.

I am in complete agreement with Michael Totten,the attack was planned by extermists and the most extreme are the Salafists who are also plotting to ignite the Sinai when the time is right.the Muslim Brotherhood under Morsi is trying to be somewhat moderate since he doesn’t want to lose the $2 billion gift Egypt gets from
