Iranians “got up and fled” from Israeli rescuers

Thailand, where the incident occurred (photo: Amit Kotler)

Two Iranian gents, Mundar and Ali, are kayaking off the coast of Thailand. Their boat overturns and they’re foundering in the water. Fortunately, a couple of Israelis who own a local boating business happen by and save them. Unfortunately, the gratitude of the rescuees toward their Israeli lifesavers doesn’t last long:

When they reached the shore the two, who introduced themselves as Mundar and Ali, hugged and kissed their rescuers and thanked them.

“When we told them we’re Israelis they just got up and fled,” Nimrod noted.

Walter Russell Mead, with tongue firmly in cheek, comments that the Iranians’ reaction “no doubt was due to their strong and principled anti-Zionism; they, like so many others around the world, are careful to separate their opposition to the state of Israel from their warm and fraternal regard for the Jewish people.  Only wicked people would think otherwise.”

Indeed! Let’s not impugn the motives of the anti-Zionists who, as we know (because they’re always telling us), are never motivated by anti-Semitism. Speaking of which, let’s take a visit to Egypt, where presidential candidate Tawfiq Okasha reassures us:

Not all the Jews in the world are evil. You may ask: Tawfiq, what is the ratio? The ratio is 60-40. Sixty percent are evil to varying degrees, all the way to a level that words cannot describe, while 40% are not evil. They, however, are divided into three categories: One group consists of the non-evil, another group consists of the non-evil to a lesser degree, and the third group consists of the non-evil to an even lesser degree.

Thanks for crunching the numbers, Tawfiq! I guess we can all be 40 percent less worried now. Though I am a bit curious about the methodology used for your research.

Don’t worry dear jews, for “The Lord has chosen Jacob for Himself, Israel His special treasure. Ps.135:4

For God said “Happy is he who has the God of Jacob for his help, whose hope is in the Lord his God”. PS.146:5

That’s our confidence. Keep up doing good, because you will reap what you saw.

This illustrates that the 2 Israeli men were not prejudiced like the 2 men they rescued. Hopefully the 2 Iranians will think about this later and hopefully realize they were wrong. I also want to bring it to the attention of other posters that the country of West Papua New Guinea located above Australia has been in a state of seige since 1969 by the Indonesian government and military. Attocities are being committed there daily for the last 40+ years! It is a Christian nation and a jihad is being conducted towards these Christians, many have been killed some estimates run as high as 2 million. In one case a whole village was drowned for flying the independence flag the New Guinea people had been given by the Dutch back when they ruled New Guinea. Indonesia throws indigenous men, women and children in jail for 15 years if they get caught flying this flag!

Adonai is wise, I see this situation as an example to all. How is that? Well, he used Israelis to save Muslims, an example to all as to how we should treat all people regardless of how dispitefully used a person may be, or race or color. As Adonai knows and sees all and everyone’s actions are recorded by him and all blessings come from him. As far as America, I find it sad and wrong that it doesnt seem ready to defend Israel, however, there are many Americans who are trying to help the Jewish people in anyway they can, and I a one of them and would be willing to die to save anyone if need be, as my body is nothing as I want to dwell with the Lord. May Adonai show mercy to all.

Well, 99%+ of Moslems are evil. So, the Jews are doing well in contract to be “60%” evil. The Iranians have more brains that the useless Arabs, but years of being under the rule of mullahs, aka clowns wearing Halloween costumes, has prejudices these 2 Iranians saved.

What I also deduce is that the 2-Iranians were afraid for their lives from the Iranian government if it was known that these 2 had any contact with two Israelis. The Iranian dictatorship could charge their two citizens with being spies for Israel, which would be the reason given for the Israelis saving these two.

Only when the West awakens to realize that Islam is a cult that has made criminality a religion will the West finally treat Islam for its true self–a criminal enterprise that must be destroyed similar to Nazism.

While Israel would never hurt innocent civilians at sea, Iran has done this on a consistent basis. The U.S. needs to learn how to better serve Israel and not pander to Iran.

God will not let Israel or its people perish. There are a lot of anti semitic people in the US but they are predominantly on the liberal left. There are still,in my opinion, a very large number of Americans that will always side with Israel and vote for politicians that will back Israel. Israel will never be wiped out due to the excellence of her military and Gods protection.

Let’s start with a premise: Ignorant statements like that tell us more about the person or group speaking than about those being spoken of. So we could infer from that statement that 60% of Muslims are evil. Then, let’s see … 40% divided into thirds would mean that @ 13% are not so evil, 13% more are sort of evil, and we’ll be generous and say 14% are pretty good (for Muslims) once we get to know them. That just makes me want to go right down to my local mosque and introduce myself! Except I don’t buy it; it is their religion that is evil, not necessarily the Muslims themselves. Most probably would want peace, but they are used and manipulated by a medieval religion that demands control of their minds as well as their souls.

The Israelis here have a clear conscience. The two Muslims apparently have prejudice, fear and hatred to the point they are terrified to be rescued by Israelis. Sad- shalom.

No Dan, those Iranian reactions were born from their life long teaching that Israeli people are dogs. They did not want any Jewish hands placed on them. It’s all about their being brainwashed by their Imams, and Komianes……whatever they are. So very sorry that happened to those two men. But the Word (Bible) says….”help those that dispitefully use you.”
