“Plotting to Celebrate Christmas”

Elliott Abrams notes the arrest of 41 people in the al-Jouf province of Saudi Arabia for the crime of – in the words of the official police statement – “plotting to celebrate Christmas”:

Only in Saudi Arabia could the phrase “plotting to celebrate Christmas” appear in an official statement. Religious freedom does not exist in the kingdom. There are literally millions of Christians living there, and according to the government they are permitted to practice their religion in private– though not one single church is permitted. But as this news story shows, in fact the religious police do not permit such dangerous practices as a Christmas party.

The day is coming in which all true believers in the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob shall say, “Lo this is our God, we have waited for Him and He will save us”. Let us ever keep looking up in faith!

There are many religions and that’s ok. Only one religion struggles to dominate the world, convert the «infidels» by force, kill people and force an awful tyranny on everybody. Need to say more?

Praise God for those that believe. May their witness be a light for many in this world and many be saved by their lives led to demonstrate an answer for this world.

In the last days perilous times shall come.
There will be no silent rapture of the true church either. So be in preparation to stand fast for Christ.

Hi Pamela, The Bible clearly states that Christians will be persecuted. And it will happens in many different forms, from as simple as being mocked to as serious as being murder. People do not want to hear the truth, they do they don’t want to think that they will be an account giving for all their actions while living on this earth, But I said to you with total honesty and complete faith on my part that you shouldn’t avoid it just because of the persecution. Rejoice because in your suffering for the Word of Christ is to gain in Heaven. Matthew 5:12 Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you. Also in the Bible Christ said: John 15:18, If the world hates you, you know that it hated me before it hated you. I have quoted some of the verse from the following website for your reference on the Christians persecution. You might want to check it out… :) God bless you my friend..

      Claudio,
Thank you for speaking the truth. The Bible says in the last days that people will be put in jail for their faith but to not lose heart. God said this would happen and far worse.

i believe if the popular media would promote the truth about how Islam views the rest of the world. We could take a much stronger action.

      Dear Itzik,
I agree completely. One more new horrendous thing: Al Gore just sold the American cable channel called Current to Al Jeezera. It just makes my stomache turn. So I suppose the pro Muhammed propagandizing in the U.S. is going to be stepping up a notch. Or, maybe it will open up very public debates on the falacy of Muhammad’s made-up idealogy. The insanity goes on. . .

In Greece, Muslims rallied successfully to have the govt., which is broke, build a mega mosque with state $. Why do we need to be so accommodating to muslims when they are not to Jews and Christians?

I believe there is a study out that Christianity is now the most persecuted religion. Does anyone know more about it? If I find it, I will post the link.

We are the most persecuted religion because we believe in the one true God and follow His ways. Our Lord said, we would be persecuted for His name sake.
One Day everyone will see the truth!
