State Department forgets that Israelis are victims of terror

Ron Kampeas, the JTA’s Washington bureau chief, reports:

The AP’s Matt Lee, in an exchange with Patrick Ventrell, the State Department spokesman, wonders how Israel got left out of a conference on victims of terrorism in Madrid, and left out of undersecretary of state Maria Otero’s speech to the conference

Check out the article for excerpts of Otero’s speech and the State Department briefing.

God knows who is against His people, As long as God is in the side of Israel, nothing to worried about, no powerful country can protect Israel, but God alone, trust God and not man.

Ms. Otero definitely ignored Jewish and Christian persecution in her “a” list of countries who hate, wound and kill these believers in the one true G-d.

I think we need to do alot of praying here. Are the missles hitting Israel invisable ? Does no one see them ? This is a shame ! God sees what is happening and will protect Israel. Praise God !! I am praying for Obama to see the light and turn from his wrong doings and stand PROUDLY with Israel, right by her side. I will continue to pray.

AMEN to all those that support Israel and opposes those that continually attack the sovereign country of Israel. God gave that land to the Jewish nation long, long ago and rightfully so.

I am sure that you as a nation realize by now, that it has become politically incorrect, for the press, any spokesperson in government, or anybody else in Washington D.C., that could make a difference, to open their mouth on Israel’s behalf without first having the blessing of the Obama administration. Listen, you all are not the only one’s that Barack Obama has turned his back on, as I have stated many times in this medium, that he, and those that think they can profit from doing his bidding, will always have this kind of response. They all know, without a doubt, that Israel has suffered more from terroism than any nation in the whole universe, but will continue to refuse to acknowlege it publicly, all in the name of greed and their own self serving agenda. Everybody in this country already knows this and some will admit it and some will not, but one can only hope that all this will change in November of this year. If it don’t, then we will all be throwing ourselves on the mercy of God, because I don’t think anything short of that would help anything.

Amazing that given the horrible track record of the Obama administration toward Israel, that ANY American Jews would still support him!

The current US administration is no friend of Israel. Neither are the leaders of the US left. Hang on Israel. Help is on the way after November. American Jewry needs to wake up and realize what side their bread is truly buttered on, politically.

We are working very hard to get the ones who are in power now and ignoring Israel out of there in November. Praying for help from Heaven to help us in this.

The conference loses a wealth of information by excluding Israel. Israel has been fighting terrorism for many years. I am saddened to see the U.S. chooses not to work with Israel to prevent and to recover from terrorist attacks.
I wonder if that is due to “oil” politics. The Arab countries sell lots of oil to the U.S. We have other ways to get energy for our vehicles, so we don’t need to depend on those countries.

It is no news for me that the U.S. wants to forget us, but regardless how isolated the Israelis are, they always manageed to survive.

God said in Gen. 12:3 “I will bless them that bless thee (Israel) and curse them that curseth thee.” Under the Obama administration America has turned its back on Israel and our entire nation will suffer for that action.

It seems to be the norm in politics today to side with our enemies rather than our allies. Very dangerous indeed.

Israel is v. close to a big oil strike in her Southern region. When this happens, will USA become her close friend and protector again? Absolutely…overnight! Our liberal Gov will bow down to them like Obama did to King of S. Arabia.
I wish we had strong leaders who speak the truth and their word is strong like Churchill & FDR & Reagan. Terrorists would respect and fear us.

This act of ommitting Israel is injustice in full ! There is no excuse for this. Our Lord God knows this also as he does everything. There is no protection on earth as powerfull as that of GOD ALL MIGHTY who will give Israel continued guidance and support to make wise decisions.

Well…no mystery here…who appointed Maria Otero ? This answer will explain why Israel was not even included in her speech ! Our current
Pres. already had told Israel that they need to return to their pre 1967 borders! hahaha If it wasn’t so absurd…it would be laughable…but
the ignorant Pres. actually was serious ! Pleeeze

The fact that Israelis were omitted as victims of terrorism when missiles are launched into her cities daily speaks volumes in itself. Shame on Ms. Otero!

Rabbi’s Commentary
Answering His Call, Faithfully and Joyfully

2014 has certainly been a year of struggles. But those challenges have been answered by God, and by His faithful followers. The Fellowship and our generous friends have been able to offer assistance to those who need it most, from the Holy Land to the former Soviet Union, and we look hopefully to the coming year as one of peace, prosperity, and repairing the world.
